Your current site feels outdated
You have something online, but it no longer reflects the quality of the business behind it.
I build clean, mobile-friendly websites for small businesses, contractors, and local organizations that need a professional web presence without a bloated agency process.
Built by Austin Mozingo in Eastern North Carolina. Straightforward scope, clear communication, and honest recommendations.
Good fit
Most small businesses do not need a giant web project. They need a site that looks trustworthy, works on phones, makes their services easy to understand, and gives people a clear way to contact them.
You have something online, but it no longer reflects the quality of the business behind it.
You want a professional place to send customers, vendors, churches, donors, or local partners.
Domain, hosting, forms, email links, and launch details can be part of the process.
Featured work
My portfolio is intentionally small right now. Rather than padding it with inactive links, I’m highlighting a real, live business website and what it was built to accomplish.
A redesigned website for an established Eastern North Carolina HVAC and mechanical contractor. The goal was a cleaner, more credible web presence that quickly communicates experience, services, service area, and contact options.
This panel attempts to load the live site directly. If a browser blocks the embedded preview, the button above still opens the project in a new tab.
Services
I’m best suited for straightforward websites, clean redesigns, and small-business web cleanup. Larger apps, complex e-commerce, and advanced custom systems may be better handled by a larger team.
For a business that needs a clean, professional site without turning it into a huge project.
For existing sites that look dated, feel confusing, or no longer match the business.
For the behind-the-scenes web details that often slow small businesses down.
A note on scope: I keep the offer intentionally realistic. If your project needs advanced booking systems, custom software, large e-commerce, or a full marketing team, I’ll be upfront about whether I can help or whether you need a different partner.
Process
The goal is to make the process feel manageable, especially if you have never hired someone for a website before.
We identify what the site needs to say, who it is for, and what action visitors should take.
I help organize the pages, sections, wording, and contact flow before design takes over.
You review a working version, then we make practical changes until the site feels right.
I help with launch details and make sure the basics work: mobile layout, links, forms, and metadata.
About
I’m based in Eastern North Carolina and build practical websites for small businesses and local organizations. My background is a mix of IT, business operations, and web design, which helps me think beyond how a site looks and focus on whether it actually helps the business.
I’m not trying to present Mozingo UX as a giant agency. It is a small side business built around clear communication, useful design, and honest project scope. If you need something clean, professional, and realistic, that is where I can help.
Contact
Send a quick note about your business, what you have now, and what you want the site to do. No pressure. If I can help, I’ll tell you what a realistic next step looks like.
